At TrySexDoll, we take product quality seriously, and every order undergoes thorough inspection, testing, and photography prior to shipping. Below is our policy for damaged products, cancellations, and modifications.

Damaged Products

We strive to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, follow the steps below:

  1. Do not use the product. Once the product has been used, we cannot process a return or replacement.
  2. Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order. Provide our support team with a detailed description of the issue and relevant photos.
  3. We will investigate the problem based on your report and photos.
  4. If the damage occurred during shipping, we will replace the damaged parts in most cases.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, which are made specifically for each customer, we regret that we cannot offer returns or refunds for any reason.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order is allowed. Manufacturing typically begins 1-3 days after the order is placed, so if you cancel within the first 24 hours, we will stop the production process but will deduct a 20% restocking and bank fee from your refund.
  • We provide an 80% refund for cancellations within the first 24 hours.
  • Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we will deduct 50% of the order amount.

Modifications After Placing an Order

Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase. Once the order is placed, production begins immediately.

  • Changes to your order can be made within 24 hours. After this period, no modifications can be accepted.
  • If you request changes within the 24-hour window, a $120 modification fee will be applied.

Customs and Import Fees

1. We handle and cover all customs duties for orders shipped to the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
2. For countries where import fees apply, the buyer is responsible for covering these costs. If your country charges duties, we will notify you of this at checkout.
